Mr. Colby has over 40 years of experience in business, having successfully developed large-scale companies ranging from computerized warehouse distribution and land development to manufacturing and transportation. Doug is graduate from the University of British Columbia with a degree in pharmacy.

As a director, he is responsible for the vision of creating Community Power Projects, and is active in all aspects from concept to completion. He has also served in various capacities as a Director of the Independent Power Producers of BC including Treasurer of the association.
