Vice President of Operations

Kelly is a professional engineer and financial analyst with 15 years of project management experience in construction. He has been involved in permitting, development, construction and operation of run-of-river and mining projects in North and South America, and is currently a director of the Independent Power Producers Association of British Columbia. Mr. Boychuk is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with an undergraduate degree in Geological Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration. 

As an independent contractor, he has been involved in the planning, permitting and direct supervision of several Independent Power Projects and has garnered an intimate knowledge of the effort and process entailed in proving, permitting and constructing small and medium sized run of river hydro projects.
